This thread is a continuation from the FEBRUARY CHALLENGE but please feel free to join.
We are a very laid back group with one goal-TO BE HEALTHIER AND LOSE WEIGHT. Ok, so maybe we have two goals either way we benefit from it.
At some point we are all happy to be a little smaller and of course want to buy something new or get back into something old.
GUIDELINES
ex-5x a week at least 45min weeky mini challenge-just like before
post at least once a day- this is best b/c it keeps you focused
water-48oz....64oz if you are on phen
tell us about a success you had at least once a week- it could be anything, even if it's just getting your water in for the whole week.
