Sue I would love to say that I exercise but I didn't. 5 days a week we have a part time job at night for 2 hours cleaning a office building...now that's very physical. I cut carbs down to 20 and ate protein and veggies and fruit. I eat cottage cheese/jello when I crave sweets.
