Good news.. saw 140 this morning consistently on the scale in and out of the shower. I have been doing well with food choices these last few days and hope I can continue the trend.

Catch you all back early next week.. until then, skinny thoughts and good choices..

OH... 40 years old, been losing and staying healthy since May of last year. I have 2 young daughters and live in So Cal. Until early this week I was gainfully employed with a live-in nanny... now, I think I am a housewife and mom.. not sure where I stand. This should be an interesting few months for me.
2get: I had a great job in Public Relations that ended way before I thought it would (I was a working mom). It didn't take me long to really enjoy being home with a baby (and then two). I enjoyed it so much that it took a good ten years before I went back to a "real"job and even now I refuse to work full time..part time suits me just fine. It hink you are going to like it....and you will never regret the years you were home with your children. Just be prepared, i found that no matter how challenging the profession, women agree that staying home with children full time was indeed more "challenging' than going to work....
