graphic-- congrats on the loss so far, this is only the beginning.
ok so today is saturday and im doing fine with my eating and with my water. i haven't exercised yet but i think im going to do a workout tape WATP-2 miles. i still want to go to the gym but its hard on the weekend bcause of the kiddo. i'll make it happen though and aerobics is good because you get to work all your muscles.
i posted to the challenge board to do a mini challenge of dancing to 3-5 songs. you'll have fun dancing with the kids or your hubby/SO. its cool to do it by yourself too---no slow songs though. the whole point of this is to have fun and burn burn burn extra calories.
have you guys tried that laughing cow cheese? if you haven't go pick it up, it makes for a perfect low cal snack with crackers or whatever you choose to spread it on, its only 35 calories. another thing to try is western bagels they are only 110 calories and walmart carries them now, no more ordering online.
if you all have any tips please share, that's the whole point of us needing each other.
