
It happens
Krissy, everyone does it. You just have to make it a once and a while treat. I think you will be okay. You know, my mom always tells me, if you eat something bad, you can always work it off by working out some more. That is what we do. If we eat something we shouldn't have, with like 200 calories, we will burn an extra 200 calories on the elliptical. It really is at times like those, when you have to run another 15 minutes when you are able to realize when you want a treat and how often you want to have them because sometimes, it is just not worth the extra sweat
I just think the reality of it is it won't hurt you. I know the feeling though, almost like you let yourself down. But also remember, you have been dieting for a while now with out any slips ups, have lost some weight and maybe you deserved that treat as a reward! Keep your head up, you are doing great!
