Honestly, the less calories and more healthy foods you eat, the better. I think it depends on the person but I have taken Phentermine on a few different occasions in the past and everytime I have not followed an specific sort of diet regimen and pretty much just ate what I wanted. I lost weight but I put a lot of it back on.
The phentermine (if it works with your body correctly) should make you fell very little, if any urge to eat. Many times, you will be forcing yourself to eat, at least I did. It really helps to control the urges for unecessary eating, which is probably my worst bad habit.
I guess my best advice would be to eat healthy and exercise because not only will you have better results but you will be more likely to keep off the weight because you are making better habits in your overall lifestyle that wil stick after the phentermine! Good luck tomorrow!
