Thanks Dawni, you can call me Scat. I will tell you what worked for me, other than taking the phentermine...not eating after a certain time...for me that is usually 7pm. I was big into night time binging and I cut that out. It made such a big difference. Also I thought I was exercising, but I needed to really challenge myself and SWEAT...resistance training made a big difference too..before i was just doing cardio.
I am not going to compare myself to those that have lost 100 lbs, becuase to me that is just mind goggling. But this has been a long road for me..I have alot of "psychological" blockers.....I have a ways to go before I look like I want to, but I"m so happy that it is finally happening. Today my pants were falling off of me at work and I realized that I am smaller...I did'nt believe the scale.
