three pounds a week is amazing in normal circles and still pretty good in phen circles. please dont think its low.. i had been doing about a pound a week and this week ive started to speed up again to about two pounds and im so very happy with that. dont think that you have to lose twelve pounds a month or over to be accomplishing something. four pounds a month is still losing and is nothing to be sneezed at. as for the sitting in your car by the ER.. i did the same only i actually went in. my symptoms were hard time breathing and irrattic heart beat and dizzyness. They tested me and monitored me and from the begining i was normal.. they said i was probably psyching myself out.. and the dr said it isnt uncomon for someone who has changed their diet drastically to even experience muscle spazms of the esophogus and that can even mimic heart palpitations or make you feel like your heart is beating way too fast. he said take your symptoms seriously and if you have pain definately go in. He also gave me advice that i will stick with. "if you are uncomfortable or insecure about any type of behavior your body is experiencing then go in. dont ignore anything that might indicate a problem especially with the way heart attacks in women happen with a whole different set of sypmtoms from one woman to the next."
