Today i had my phentermine before my coffee and then had to rush off to my daughters doctor and i felt fine. I think today was the most active i was and my asthma kicked a little so i used my proventil.

I was at the pharmacy getting my daughter her prescription, with only a handful of almonds in my stomach when i started with the pain in the shoulder, a little numbess in my right shoulder and arm, accompanied by the tingle. They had one of those blood pressure machines and figured i would take my dizzy *** over to it. And tada, 148/97 - how not cool and the i tried it again in 5 and was feeling worse and i was at 157/94. I was scared sh***less, you get the point. It just kept getting worse!

I actually drove over to the ER parking lot and sat there with my kiddo in the car waiting for it to pass (such a weirdo, i know). But sadly, it got worse.. chest pain and breathing. So, I ended up in the ER with a battery of test. Once the phen wore off i started feeling better and so tired i could have slept in the bathroom.

It was such a bad experience and i think switching the pill before my coffee was a bad idea whereas before i had my two cups two hours before the pill. I think I want to switch to just the phenD, which is the 35mg pill i take at night. I feel noraml on that one and it doesnt make me feel high and dizzy.... does the phenD work just as well on its own a few times a day?

The phen still scares me with the reactions but i really like my second pill... i really don't remember i am on it because it sits so well with me.
