Well I've been wondering around in here for about 3 wks. now and finally have the nerve to join and post. I feel like I already know alot of the people here, and I have learned so much in such a short time. Everybody here is real.. I v'e been on phen for three weeks. and have lost 7 lbs. not as much as some but my body is different and I am fighting genetics. I have to fight for every pound lost but at least with the phen I have the energy and a boost in motivation to work really hard. I am so happy to be here and I look forward to the journey now. It's nice to know there are people just like me out there.
