I had high blood pressure in the beginning so my doc told me TO exercise!! Your heart is a muscle and working it only makes it stronger - since starting an aggressive workout routine my BP has gone down !!! I too drink coffee (but my doc said not to) but gradually Im weening myself LOL hope this has helped - the point of my post was WORKOUT girl, sweat hard, make your body sore lol its a great feeling knowing your not just sitting around waiting for your weight to come off and it sounds like your body is already accustomed to working (1 hr cardio )out so you should be good
