how long have you been on phen..?? i didnt do much of anything for the first three weeks i was on phen..and my schedule at work was horrors so i really couldnt get to the gym anyway. and it continued to be bad for me at work with scheduleing for about six months(long story about me doing three peoples work yadd yadda) now its february things are slowing down because i friggen rock at my work and im an over achiever ......oh .......sorry got on my self appriciation kick..... i do that alot cause nobody else will ..... but aaaannnnnyyyy whooooo ive just started back to the gym and i have noticed a couple things.

my moods have leveled off
i sleep better
i am more motivated to keep going.

i mean i hate hate hate going to the gym. im not a very social animal. and i wont even go near the weights as long as there are people there that can see me fumble around with them but i would wait until you feel evened out with the phen then head back. just enjoy the time off .. maybe walk a bit.. if you feel you must do something but take it easy.
