Yes, I also agree with the above comments -- taking phen gives you that moment, that opportunity to take a look at what you're eating and decide if it is the right thing or wrong thing you are about to eat. You say that you are already eating good, so that's an excellent start. I have found that phen helps you to eat smaller amounts of foods too. I don't really eat many salads; had enough of them with my other diets. I stay away from desserts and sweets, but I eat what everyone else in my family is eating, just in much smaller portions. And I now exercise, something I didn't do before, and I drink a lot of water now too. About 5 years back, I did the Atkins diet, and while I lost a lot of weight, I didn't exercise; I wasn't doing it in a healthy way, and ended up gaining it all back (and some). But now, it's different - my daughter even told me that when I lost before, I didn't look healthy, but that now I do. I have also read that the phen helps to speed up your metabolism; I don't know how true that is, but I am so glad I decided to give phen a try.
