I need to loose 100 starting in at 258 lbs, but I'm focusing on my first 50, then 20 after that, then 10 at a time. I confess, I'm not brave enough to lump the thought of having to loose 100 lbs all at once. I got to take baby steps, with one big leap to get started. I'm trying but I feel I'm having small setbacks, but I'm sticking to daily routing of the treadmill. We'll see how I do in a couple of weeks.




SW - 258 lbs - 1/17/08
CW - 248 lbs - 1/25/08 - 10lbs Lost
CW - 246 lbs - 2/18/08 - 2 lbs Lost - Doc put on Zoloft
CW - 237 lbs - 3/7/08 - 9 lbs Lost
CW - 235 lbs - 3/19/08 - 2lbs Lost
GW - 170 lbs
