My MD told me for a fact that if u feel like ur starving its because u aren't drinking enough water. I had that problem initially and now that I drink the amounts that i am supposed to, i actually forget to eat. Protein is good, but if it's a large consumption of pork, dark meat, meat with skin, or beef it could very well be ur enemy
