Hi Dionne. I am Tasha. I have started week three of taking phentermine. I drink water, exercise 3-4 days a week and have cut my calories from 2300 to on average 1200-1400 at the advice of the office I go to. I am a nurse who started @ 254lbs and have struggled for years with my weight. One way to help with your skin is to not lose weight too fast. It doesn't have time to adjust when you go to fast. Recommended loss is around 1-2 lbs per week. Don't get me wrong, I want to lose 5 per week cause I am anxious to lose it! I want to get down to 145-150lbs. I hope to hear how you do cause I need a friend to lose weight with! P.S. At my weigh in yesterday ( 2weeks) I lost 4 lbs. I hope that's good.
