For you new ladies a few tips:

First... you have to EAT. You can not take the pill and expect it to take away all hunger and not eat at all. You should be enjoying the effects of less of an appetitle while changing your eating habits into good ones. Say, 1000-1200 calories a day of fresh veggies, lean protien and a fruit or two.

Second... we all react differently to the phen. It's a great idea to start off with 1/2 a pill, since your body will build tollerance as you continue to take it. I suggest you take just 1/2 on a very empty stomach and follow it with lots of water. Then about an hour later have a little food, say 300 to 400 calories worth. About 3 or 4 hours later, have a little more food.. you see the pattern.

Third.. as a pp suggested.. if the 1/2 is not working, try adjusting the time or taking the other 1/2 about 4 hours later. Lot's of girls take the whole pill at once, I have to break it up in 2, 1/2 doses to lessen the side effects. Some girls take it first thing when they wake up, others take it about 10 a.m. to stretch the effects into the evening when it's craving and snack time. 1/2 pill or whole pill, timing and empty stomach are the factors you will have to play with.

Lastly, you will have to just play around with dose and time to see what works for you. There are lot's of ideas on these boards of how people combine the dose, time of day and what they are eating.

Please, be sure to eat sensibly and not starve yourself thinking this pill is supposed to keep all hunger away when you are not eating any fuel. Give it a few more days and come back and let us know how it's working for you when you are using it the correct way.
