ok u did not mention what ur water intake is like, how much are u drinking everyday?. How much salt is in ur diet? and do u do enough cardio at the gym. try giving ur body a shock by cutting out the protein for a week. sounds like ur on point with the everything, But we are at some point on a road block, but dont give up. We just need to work harder because our body is being resistant. hope i am making sense.
