It sounds like you are already doing great without phen--what made you decide to take it? For me my appetite was so out of control I don't think I would have made it this far without it.
Anyway, I am new to chatting as well so we are in the same boat in that regards. I am still learning the ropes but having a great time "meeting" new people and getting to know everyone.
