Ok, so this is day 2 for me. So i took the entire 37.5 this A.M. My appetite was pretty much non existant, but I did eat a lil. I didn't actually get hungry until about 8 PM which was about 12 or 13 hrs after I took the pill. I do agree that with the entire pill you do get dry mouth. I've been drinkin water constantly... I hope this doesn't cause a problem at bedtime - with me waking up for drinks of water.
