I want to get some B12, because I need the energy. I just take the woman's 1 a day. It probably isn't the best vitamin, but it was convenient at the time I was getting vitamins. Oh and I was taking CLA, but I haven't taken those in a while either. I looked at the women's one a day though and the kids' vitamins look like they have nearly the same stuff, which makes you wonder just how good the women's vitamin actually is. I probably will look for a better one next time. Hopefully someone else can be a little more helpful.
