hello!!!

I was on here last year, and I lost about 30lbs or so, but I gave up for some stupid reason, and I am back. I have a few more pills of phen left, but I need to make an appt, b/c I am seriously trying to start again. I am slowly getting back to doing my aerobics video workouts, but I can only handle about 20mins right now. I excercised Monday and Today. Just wanted to say Hi, and for everyone to hang in there!! By the way, can you tell my self esteem is not soo good by the screen name. My name is Kris by the way!! I hope everyone is having a great week so far. Thank God hump day is over with..Almost the weekend =)!!
