I started phen 2 days ago also freels123 and my goal weight is the same as well.
As for you Losing4me2009...You will be ok.
there is alot of support and people who are going through the same issues if not more
so hang in there...We will all be ok because we all have issues and we will all get rid of them
pound for pound.
