And just to add another quick thought: my doctor prescribed the 30 mg timed-release capsule for me too, and I was having side effects where I wasn't feeling good, etc., and I thought that it may have been because I have to take other prescription medications as well. So I called my doctor's office, and asked if I could get a lower dose of phen. That same day, the office called in a prescription for me for the 15 mg capsules (not time-released) -- I have been taking them since November, and am doing great with them -- would hate to see you leave, and I hope that my experience helped you make a final decision - best of luck to you, and whatever you do, please continue to drink lots of water!!
