C-Lo, thanks for your weigh in. And woohoo on getting things going for Australia! Yay! That's so exciting. When you get there, will you do me a favor? I think koala bears are just about the cutest things to ever exist, so if you'll pack one up for me and send it to the States, that would be great. I'll feed it eucylptus leaves and give it lots of love.

Michelle, yeah he told me NOT to use the treadmil, but instead if I'm feeling up to doing a workout to get on the E because it's less jarring to my back. So I'm being good. Bad thing is I have a treadmill and a bike here at home, but no E. I wanted an E, hubby wanted the bike. We got the bike. Now how much use do you think the bike has had? Hmmm...

Well my weigh-in is surprising...149. I'm ok with that. I'm not sure where those two pounds went to, but I'm gonna roll with it.
