Post What a Great Nap!
Of course, just when everyone is getting all motivated I take a day off. I had coffee with a GF this morning and a three hour nap this afternoon. This is OK since Hubby is on vacation we can stay up late,late. I still may even get a workout in.

My intake for yesterday was too much to brag about. Today I am doing much better.

Chester, I have poop issues too when on phen. Today was my first in about a week. I do better if I take fiber supplements and am starting again today.

Oh, I forgot we have to weigh-in tomorrow. The days of the week are all messed up for me.

Lovin', I flunked late night last night, but am going to conquer it tonight! I have saved lots of calories for later.

Michele, did you go to the gym today?

Choco, how is work going?
