I think the one week weigh in is a good idea but instead of having a weekly winner in the weightloss catagory have a monthly winner that will kinda make it fit for everyone... for people that have a bad week they have the whole month to catch up but still the accountability of weighing in once a week.
I think the three month challange will be a good length to notice a difference in our pictures and in the numbers but not so long that the end seems so far away.
So I think we should start the new challange board to get people coming to join and start advertising... we can get the details figured out and maybe get some great ideas from members wanting to join....
I think we should have a spotlight member each week/month which ever and have them share there story and recipes and we can really focus on encouraging that person and learning about them that week.. just a suggestion.
If anyone has any suggestions/ideas on the prize topic for the overall challenge winner, I am good for whatever just not sure about the logistics of it all...
I am so excited about the new challange ..... I am ready for the new me....lol
