Hi, I know how you feel, I'm new too and posted yesturday just to say hi and got no replies
, which confused me seems like a lack of support for newbies. So I just wanted to say hi to you and good luck w/Phen. I took my 1st pills yesturday and felt like I was on crack (as if I knew how that felt lol) but still. Today was not so bad, it has taken away my hunger and cravings, but I have to be careful to eat becuase I don't want my body to go into starvation which will result in screwing up my metabolism. Well if you need a buddy or support I'm here trying to lose 30lbs.
