I only had just over 400 calories today. Is that bad? I feel fine energy wise. I just have no desire to eat. I mean, i had turkey cheese roll-ups for dinner (one slice of each x 2) and I thought i was going to burst wide open. i am burning more than i am taking in so i guess that is a good thing.
