I kinda felt the same way after one week and it said I lost 12 lbs. Found out though that my scale shows 2 lbs off from Dr's. I was bummed that I didn't loose anything in week 2 but my Dr encouraged me and said that it's ok because my clothes already feel different. She actually suggested measuring myself instead of focusing on just lbs! I'll do that either tonight or tomorrow am. I have worked out harder the last week. Either way, I am excitedl that I have a good start. I'm ok with not loosing a ton a week. It' better to loose 2 lbs a week. My next 2 wk checkup, she has my goal as loosing 5 more lbs.
Remember....you can't loose 10 pounds without losing 1 first!
