I went to the Dr today and she said that I need to add 200 more calories and really get in 800 instead of 600. She also said that I won't have to stay at these calories for a long time.
It worked though! I was there for my first weigh in (2 week) and I lost 10 lbs!!! Woo Hoo!!!
Remember....you can't loose 10 pounds without losing 1 first!
