ok, i thought that what i wrote out yesterday would show up sometime today when i was activated, but maybe not.
anyways, i started phen on saturday, nov 3. i set my goal weight at 150, but it is really 145. i am obsessed with the scale right now but i won't have an offical weigh in until saturday because i am afraid the scales are lying to me, lol. are we allowed to post before and after pics here?
yesterday was my first day counting calories taken in and calories burnt. my doc gave me no instructions other than call him if my heart starts pounding. i've used the calorie calculator to figure out the calories i need each day and i think it is around 1800, but so far i'm taking in way less than that. anyways, here is my diet diary from yesterday.
