Good morning. I didn't have the best day yesterday. i was really tired and hurting from standing on my feet so much over Thurs-Sun. So I listened to my body and went and visited with daughter durin her break while son was at BB practice instead of jogging. I also took a two hour nap and went to bed before 9:30 last night. I'm up too early today, but have just messed around so far. I have to jump in the shower soon and take son to the orthodontist. My calories were too high yesterday. I only took one phen and as you know that is not enough for me. It wouldn't have been bad had I exercised. So here goes.

L-smart ones ravioloi, 1 can green beans
S-fiber one bar
D-lean gourmet shrimp;1/2 c broccoli---starving 11/2 cup HB helper eek! 2 slices low cal ww bread

I haven't been on the scale yet, but will do a check before i get in the shower. I will exercise today!
