Thank you all for reminding me that when I set my goals too high, I usually end up disappointed when I miss them. So, I will change it to 10 lbs for November and Onederland by January 1. I think this is more realistic for me.

Honestly, I should have known better. Resmoo, I would never be upset with you for thinking of my well being. Kiss back! Anyway, I will make myself take my phen every day so that I can work toward my goal. I haven't taken it regularly for about 5 months. I think I've used 60 pills in those 5 months. I'm hoping my body will react to this almost like it did a year ago. Anyway, it is late and I need to sleep. Early morning for me tomorrow.

In order to reach my final goal weight by the end of 2008, I need a 7.5 lb loss per month. So, a 7.5 lb loss per month will be my goal. Anything more than 7.5 will be icing on the cake I didn't give in to.
