i definitely agree with gottadothis, my doc also recommended 1100 - 1200 calories daily, and he told me 5 - 6 days a week of exercise! you have to have "gas in the car" the burn the calories! eating more of the right kinds of foods will give you the energy you need to burn the calories! i am not an expert, but theres my two cents
