Default How many calories?
My Dr told me to eat 600-800 calories a day and exercise 3-4 times a week. So far it's been ok since I've only done it for a week. But my gosh! I can't imagine doing this for very long. I'm not feeling the energy that I thought I would for the past 3 days and I think it's because I'm not eating enough.
What did your Dr say?
Remember....you can't loose 10 pounds without losing 1 first!
