Hellooooo everyone, thanks for the acceptance. Twinzy I sent you a response via private email with my starting weight of 338. I haven't been back on the scales just yet. I will probably wieght myself at the gym tomorrow to see how i have done. I just started on the 5th which was Friday. I tell you this stuff is phenonmal for curving my appetite. I have to make myself eat. to make it worst i work night shift, from 7p - 7a, so my schedule is backwards on those days i work! LOL Well for those that don't know me my name is Mica. I am 28 and a nurse. I am single with no kids. I am in school full time (online) because I went back for my bachelors. I graduate at the end of this month!!! I have been a big girl ALL of my life and now that i am getting older i know i have to get this weight off! I am a travel nurse meaning i travel to different hospitals for 13 week contracts. I .am thinking abotu settling down at the first of the year.
I got Phen from my doctor here and he prescribed me a 1500 calorie diet aday! Do you guys think that is too much? I am not getting them in, but i do try. I go to the gym 5 days a week. I joined a program last month and have been personal training for a month. I have only lost 7 lbs last month but my i have been eating out a lot. Looking forward to joining you ladies and losing weight!
