Good morning.
Today is a wog day, but coffee first. I am going to get Son to go with me since he is out of school today.
Then he gets to go to the ortho and tomorrow the eye Doc on his other day off.
I had a low calorie day yesterday, like 750, that should balance out my Saturday which was over 2000.
