mross: Welcome! Thanks for joining our group! We try to help each other out with weight loss and exercise tips...and we weigh in weekly! I am in charge of posting progress, and Im trying to get it posted on Sundays, but if you need to weigh in on a different day, that is okay. I have you down for your starting weight as 236#. Please let me know what your goal for weight loss for the month of October is.....
I have a horrible dry mouth, oh my! I took a phen break for 3 weeks, and now it's just like starting over. Except for last time, I noticed a loss right away, this time I have maintained 161# for just about 2 months.
