LuckyCharm ~ can I ask what sort of exercise you've been doing? I'm just curious because I've got ALOT of weight to lose. I just finished my first week of Phen & lost 8 pounds & was extatic! I didn't exercise my first week, per Dr.'s orders. He wanted me to give my body a week to adjust to the Phen before starting exercise. He told me after a week I could start walking. He wants me to take it slow at first & said I could walk as far as I wanted to, but I should probably set a mild pace for the first couple of weeks.

I have noticed I have a HUGE change in energy levels. I actually want to get up off of the couch & DO something, anything! My house has been much cleaner this last week as I felt the need to stay busy & have been srubbing away.....lol
