I am not supposed to weigh until Friday, But I am going out of town tomorrow and I couldn't help myself today. I have lost 4.8 lbs, not a lot I know...but in 6 days!!! I am thrilled...Hopefully I will continue at this pace, at least for the 1st month!!!
