started out in 2005 at 210lbs w/my phen and excercise lost down to 135lbs by Nov. 2005 kept it off until Jan 2007. Things happened and got out of my routine and now Sept 2007 am now 167lbs and gotta get it back off. I feel sooooo much better when I had it off, I know I can do it, it's just that getting back into a routine and making myself do it. No more excuses I'm gonna do it, I would like to be back around 135 to 140 by Christmas. I think I can do that just gotta get my butt in gear and make it happen.
