Just want to welcome you!!!!!! And to let you know if you ever need to vent have questions theres a lot of great people on this website.......
I have only been on phen for 3 weeks, but from what i can tell have had great luck!
The only true side effect I can say I have had is having two "toms".......
I went to the DR. and he said it is from the major weight loss, my body is changing.
So I guess bring it!!!!!!! My first week I lost 11 lbs and my second week was 9 lbs.
And now I am on to my 3rd week. So my advice that I can see right now is......DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!!!!!
And like I said you have any questions I am here and a lot others!!!!!
