hang in there girl you are doing good, are you taking your pill before you exer? I noticed when i take my pill before exer, afterwards i feel worn out, but as long as i move i feel energetic, but when i stop, i get tired. i feel pretty tired all day after that, does anyone out there have any suggestions.
