Doh! Sorry this is late, but I had trouble re-logging in over the weekend.
My Saturday weigh-in was 205.4, which means I was down 2.2 for the week, and a total August loss of 7.8, which means I met my 6-lb. goal. I'm pretty happy about that. I managed to eat on plan (WW), drink about a gallon of water a day, and exercise 5-6 days per week. The only thing I slacked on was weight-lifting during the two-week break after my Pilates class ended. No worries, though, because it starts up again on Tuesday!
