hi puffy ,this is funny i worked at applebee's in plymouth....and who is your dr? have you had a b12 shot? you might want to ask your dr about getting one ,they are wonderful.they give you energy.and i also take 5hpt and cla. they hepl alot .... well i'll talk to you later ... please keep in touch ,it's nice to havesomeone close...Ann
