hey dont get discouraged, hang in there! my phen is 37 mg, maybe you do need a higher dosage, ask you doc. i felt tired and hungry when my first (two months actually) the phen was a yellow 37 mg capsule, i did lose weight but it didnt stop my hunger, i did have dry mouth tho. this last weigh in at the md, his nurse recommended that i change from a local pharmacy to safeway pharmacy because their 37 mg capsule is the blue/white capsule, now THAT made a difference, everything i have read says there is not difference but it did for me. as for the best time my md said morning around 8 or so GOOD LUCK and dont give up hope, you just need to fine tune it :}
