I'll be leaving out later tonight, so I weighed this morning. I'm astonished. I lost 7 pounds this week! TOM was here last week, so maybe I'm making up for him leaving. I also exercised 2x's a day, drank 2 gallons of water daily, and upped the fat in my diet (low-carb) this week. I didn't get under 200, but hopefully will next week. I bought new jeans today - size 9/10. They're snug, but they fit darnit!
