I'm heading out for vacation tomorrow morning, so here goes:

Okay so here was my stats at the beginning of the challenge. I didn't so as good as I wanted!

1. How much you want to lose: 10 POUNDS
2. Start Weight 219.6
3. Current Weight 219.6
4. List some of your goals for the month Example: I want to at least exercise 3 times a week minimum, I also want to control what goes in my mouth on the weekends, I find it harder when I'm not at work.

I lost a total of 3.6 for the month which isn't crap, but at least it's not a gain. My official weight today is 216. I wanted to loose 10, but I'll take the 3.6 for this month! I can't wait to read on how everyone else has done. I do have to admit I was going through a couple days last week of not drinking my water real good.
Well I'll talk to you ladies when I get back home next weekend!
