I'm on my second week and i have lost 11lbs now. The first week i only took half in the morning and half around 3 to get my body adjusted,oh my gosh it helped i have tried to take right off the bat a whole one and ya you would have thought someone lit a fire under my booty.then for a week now i have been takin a whole in the morning....and it may be in my head but i really think it helps to take on an empty stomach then I eat a yogurt about 40 min. later Breakfast is very important.then have a small snack at 10. So i think i'm off to a good start
